Tricycles, which are popularly called "trikes," are bicycles with 3 wheels. Trikes are not just for children. They provide balance and support for riders with disabilities of all ages, senior riders and riders rehabilitating from injuries. Upright or reclined models are available for a variety of rider needs and skill levels. There are 3 main categories of trikes: recreational, therapeutic and racing. Adaptive accessories help accommodate a variety of physical needs.
